Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds

While we strive to provide high-quality educational content, we understand that our services may not meet every customer’s expectation. GMAT Quiz Master offers refunds under specific conditions to ensure fairness to both our customers and our service delivery commitment.

You may be eligible for a refund if:

• You are not satisfied with our product/service,
• You inform us within 7 days of your purchase date, and
• You meet the criteria outlined below.

Refund Exclusions: You will NOT be eligible for a refund if you have:

1. Attempted 1 or more paid quizzes.
2. Received any feedback on questions shared by you.

Refund Process:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
• Please contact us at [email protected] for refund requests.
• All refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• GMAT Quiz Master reserves the right to determine final eligibility for refunds.
• We are not obligated to issue any refund if you do not meet the criteria above.
• Refunds, when approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Cancellation Policy

Quiz Purchases

• Quiz purchases are final once payment is completed.
• No cancellations are accepted for quiz purchases.
• Refunds are available only under the conditions specified in our Refund Policy above.

Consultation/Call Bookings

• Booked calls cannot be cancelled.
• Calls can only be rescheduled subject to slot availability.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 5 hours in advance.
• A maximum of 2 rescheduling attempts are allowed per booking.
• No-shows will forfeit the session without refund or rescheduling options.

Certain conditions may apply to refund eligibility, which will be communicated to you at the time of purchase or upon request.

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of GMAT Quiz Master.
